Itsss GOLDDDD

Not only is that light gold, but so is this new stem! Chromag now offers the Ranger stem in a tight little 50mm version. And Ian did a nice limited run of golllllld. This is the lightest stem I have ever felt(the 70mm weighs 160grams). Aaand derailleur hanger adapters! Super light peices that slide into the horizontals to give you the option for gears on your Monk if you swing that way. Love it.

Compound Update

The squirrel catcher is installed, and it is really sick.
and we started the Terrys mini shred.... so far its really sick.

trail rides with Bearandon= happy cool funny

Brandon and i went on a nice trail ride the other day after it rained a bunch. But it was a super nice day out and we were ready for our XC ride. you start at the top of the hill in Aptos near the sweet hanging bench.
The trail was a little slick and slimy but it was still a blast. at the bottom of the trail there was a gimunguss puddle and brandon did a full home run slide into the swampy merk. :) i was laughing way to hard to be on a XC ride.

Bee all wet.
On the trail brandon decided to do a sweet grind on a natural jib stick... check it out!

Im Back Baby

As much as I wish I coulda stayed longer in Australia...my bank account just wouldnt allow it. Even though Im broke and scrounging to get back to the Coast, the trip was one of the best experiences of my life...so far. Had unreal times with my brother and bros on the beaches. We saw some crazy shit. Up north in Cairns they closed beaches cuz of jellies and crocs tryin to breed everywhere in the water. Not worth losin a leg or having ur heart seize up to take a dip up there. Down south its all good though, and I could float around in waves all day. I think they cure hangovers. I spent my last week and a half in a surf town called Byron Bay which was the highlight of the trip. Anyone whos been to Aus should know that Bryon is one of the sickest towns on that island. If you havent been to Aus, go there. And stay for a long time.

Now that im outta vacation mode i miss my bike even more. I think im slowly dying without dirt under my shoes....

One Day Off

So I have been riding these Canadians into the ground, so we decided to take the day off and do the tourist thing. My house is super close to San Fransico so one thing lead to another and we were on our way to Alcatraz, for those of you who dont know what Alcatraz is.... look it up :)
Anyway our minds were blown, and we had an awesome time in SF.

Buritos, Beer.....

Last night Kyle J picked us up at the Sacramento airport, after about 20 minutes we got to his place and got the best welcoming ever! We were served some unreal Dos burritos and some beer then kicked back in Kyles sick ass house! This morning after getting our late luggage we headed over to Dos Coyotes for breakfast. Kyles family are the originators of this heavenly restaurant, and wow was it good.

Terry of College of Cyclery in Sacramento has a sick compound on his property including a under cover pump track, 4x track and more. After buffing we spent our day there shredding the pump track.

Our First Cali day was a wicked warm up, we got some banger light on the way home, and even saw some wild life in Kyle's drive way.
